Last weekend the weather looked perfect for our first 2012 attempt at catching a Smooth-hound from one of our local beaches. After the stupidly cold weather we’ve had for the past couple of weeks it was great to get out and do some sea fishing. As the BLAS social cup at Perch Rock was cancelled due to the snow and ice it was moved to Anchorsholme, an area just North of Blackpool and South of Cleveleys.
